WebVet Pharmacy was founded in 2021 before officially launching in early 2022 by two veterinary surgeons; Michael Duggan and Steven Gibbs.
WebVet Pharmacy aims to bring genuine veterinary products to the UK market at affordable prices in one convenient online location.
We are proudly independent; owned and managed by vets with clinical experience working with a wide range of species. We want to offer a more personal experience to the online pharmacy with the added benefit of genuine and honest veterinary advice on the products we sell as required through our virtual veterinary consulting service.
Whilst we are able to offer medications at significantly discounted rates compared with veterinary clinics around the UK, this is simply a matter of overheads and our business model. We wish to maintain a good working relationship with all of our clinical veterinary colleagues and think it is very important to highlight that without the vets in clinics around the UK we could not operate and they are extremely valuable in supporting animal health.
In a time where antimicrobial resistance is one of the greatest threats to the human race, we endeavour to demonstrate the highest level of responsible antimicrobial use and in doing so will only stock a small range of antimicrobial medications that are essential for animal welfare.

We would ask all of our clients to respect our staff during these difficult times where all professions and industries are under particular strain. The veterinary profession is suffering a staffing crisis at present with extremely high levels of burn out and veterinary mental health and suicide rates.
